PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
Most prescriptions for ongoing medications (such as asthma and allergy medications) are written with several refills. Check the label on the bottle to be sure there are no refills. If your child is out of refills, it’s probably time for a follow-up visit to discuss his or her condition. Call the nurse to find out whether your child should come in for a visit or if a new prescription can be issued over the phone.
Prior Authorization for Prescription Medications
Please have your pharmacy call our office to initiate the authorization process. If your prescription refill is delayed, call our office to confirm that the authorization request was received.
